I need a plan to steal their puppy!

throw a big party at your neighbors and plat an excess amount of drugs so when the landlord comes it violates the lease and the just take the puppy

You can borrow my ultimate super weapon and force them to hand over the puppy

then make a commotion with the terrorists at the house next to theirs
tell them about the terrorists
they run to see
u sneak in
they come back
then u drug them
throw em in a closet
cook some chicken
fedex me the chicken
then take the dog and ur free
